QUINN PARSLEY

Classical  & Jazz Guitar

Quinn Parsley is a musician and music instructor local to the Eastern Shore of Maryland who has been teaching and performing music for over twelve years. While primarily known as an electric and classical guitarist, he is a multi-instrumentalist with bass, piano, percussion, mandolin, banjo, upright bass, ukulele, and hammer dulcimer experience.

 

After obtaining his associate’s degree at Chesapeake College, Quinn attended Salisbury University where he majored in classical guitar and expanded his studies to audio production and technologies before graduating summa cum laude in 2017.

 

Since then, Quinn extended his teaching through Mike Elzey’s Guitar Studio and regularly maintains a schedule of 40 to 50 private students a week while regularly performing with local artists such as Heavy Fred, Kat Parsons, Dell Foxx Company, Michael Waskey, I Saw Atlantis, Front Porch Orchestra, and No Go Romeo. Quinn also often performs in local pit orchestras for musicals and various church services, and has performed with Salisbury University, the Tred Avon Players, Church Hill Theater, St. Mark’s United Methodist, and the Salisbury School.
